Message dated April 28 was read, stating the House passed and                  
returned for consideration SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION NO. 38                      
with the following amendment:                                                  
                                                                               
HOUSE CS FOR SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION                                          
NO. 38(WTR) Relating to the bombardment of the                                 
village of Angoon.                                                             
                                                                               
Senator Taylor moved that the Senate concur in the House                       
amendment.                                                                     
                                                                               
The question being: Shall the Senate concur in the House
